We’ll schedule a complimentary call to discuss your vision, goals, and how we can bring your event to life. This is where we start building the foundation for something extraordinary.

Step Three

PROPOSAL & CONTRACT

After our call, you’ll receive a custom proposal and contract outlining the services tailored to your event needs. Transparency is key, and we want you to feel confident moving forward!

Step Four

INITIAL PLANNING MEETING

Once booked, we’ll dive into the details during our initial meeting, creating a roadmap for your event. Together, we’ll outline everything to ensure no detail is overlooked.

ONGOING PLANNING & COORDINATION
